What Tunisians actually think about digital identity
2022
The World Bank was preparing the Tunisian component of its ID4D digital identification programme. One question had no reliable answer: what does the population actually make of it, outside institutional circles?
I ran the assignment as mission lead, under two contracts awarded directly by the institution. A multilingual survey, then the coding and analysis of more than 3,200 posts to surface real perceptions, reservations included.
The findings fed into the ID4D programme. I also contributed to the Tunisia Human Capital Review.
