AI training

Since 2026 I have been running generative AI seminars and training inside industrial and distribution groups, under the DirigIA brand. The principle never changes: we do not show slides, we have teams produce real deliverables from their own data.

How it works

On their data, not on examples

Every sequence is an exercise that produces something usable: an assistant, a monitoring feed, a summary built from their own spreadsheet, a market study. What leaves the room keeps working afterwards.

A cockpit we built ourselves

Participants follow the session from their own phones: no app to install, no laptop. They vote, submit prompts and answer live. That is what makes it possible to hold a full auditorium without losing it.

We measure before and after

One questionnaire opens the session and another closes it, on the same questions. The client sees what moved, and where work remains.

A collective, not a lone trainer

Depending on the subject, Prof. Mohamed Louadi, Maher Kallel, Majed Khalfallah and Seif eddine Memmiche take part. Each takes the section they are best at.

June 2026

AI-Q, the executive committee programme

Two days with the executive committee, then a rollout by function as short workshops built on each department’s real data: quality and non-conformities, production and maintenance, purchasing and supply, support functions, the IT team.

Closing deliverable: a map of the augmented team, with a diagnosis on each axis and a roadmap.

With Prof. Mohamed Louadi, Maher Kallel and Majed Khalfallah.

2026

The AI-augmented employee

A two-day programme, run with successive groups of staff. The thread is not a catalogue of modules but a progression: understand what is changing, try it by hand, then connect the tool to your own job.

Each group leaves with its own output and a ready-to-use toolkit.

International Delights

Asia and Africa distribution, CHO group

2026

AI in all its forms, for export teams

Training the teams in the sound use and good practice of artificial intelligence, applied to their day-to-day commercial and administrative work.

With Maher Kallel and Seif eddine Memmiche, at the invitation of Mohamed Khlif.

Pharmidal NS and Pharmaghreb

Pharmaceutical industry, Algeria and Tunisia

2026

An AI seminar in front of 150 people

Prof. Mohamed Louadi opened by placing AI within four thousand years of how humans have stored and passed on knowledge. Majed Khalfallah handled facilitation. All 150 participants followed, voted and produced from their phones, through our cockpit.

A full auditorium treated as participants rather than an audience.

Other engagements are covered by confidentiality agreements and are not listed here.
